First, see the HELP program page. Use it any time you need assistance with a PIONEER matter or other things you find on that page. We’ll get back to you as a friend. Always know, you have a friend as close as your Pioneer E-Mail. We’re there for you through ALL these programs.

Next, go to the ACHIEVEMENT program.

This is where you start to learn YOUR SPECIAL SKILLS and become ready for our fun and exciting trip to your future.

Click on the FIRST TEST. You will find special instructions just for you. You can do it. You are on your way.
